usually love the vegetable fried rice from Kalapani and order it frequently. However, I was quite disappointed with my last two orders—it lacked proper vegetables and was mostly just plain rice or only cabbage, which didn’t feel like real veg fried rice. I even called and clearly mentioned multiple times that day that I wanted vegetable fried rice, not just fried rice. I was unwell at the time and felt really let down when I opened the box. I did call the restaurant to share my feedback, and the gentleman who answered was kind, listened patiently, and apologized, which I truly appreciated. Yesterday, I decided to give it another try. I reminded them of the previous issue and requested proper vegetable fried rice with a good mix of veggies-not just cabbage. This time, they really listened and got it right. The rice was flavourful, with peas, beans, cabbage, and more. It was just perfect. Thank you for improving and caring about customer feedback. I will happily keep ordering from you.
